Under the leadership of Pastor Rashid, ILM has transformed millions of lives through faith-driven initiatives, humanitarian aid, and community development projects. Pastor Rashid, the visionary founder of ILM, has personally baptized countless individuals, preached the Gospel to millions of souls, and expanded ILM’s mission to 14 different countries through powerful revival meetings, evangelical outreach, and community-driven projects.

"A drop of water saves Life"
ILM Clean Water Project is a community-driven initiative dedicated to providing clean drinking water to marginalized and underserved communities lacking access to safe water sources. Through the installation of hand pumps, we ensure sustainable water solutions for those in need. Beyond meeting physical needs, each hand pump inauguration serves as an opportunity to share the Gospel, fostering spiritual growth. ILM missionaries are assigned to follow up with these communities, ultimately leading to the formation of a macro-fellowship under ILM’s guidance.
From the beginning, International Logos Ministries (ILM), led by Pastor Rashid, has been on a mission to raise and ordain pastors and leaders worldwide. So far, over 300 pastors have been ordained globally — including 100+ in Pakistan and Nepal alone. These leaders are actively serving through missions, outreach, and church ministry to advance the Kingdom of God.
ILM is currently providing education to over 250 children from extremely underprivileged backgrounds. Since 2020, ILM has been funding a primary school in Bangladesh, where more than 120 students receive free education. Additionally, ILM supports children's education in Pakistan and India through a tuition-based learning model, conducted both within churches and in community settings, ensuring access to quality education for those in need.

Their mission includes evangelism, discipleship, and community development, ensuring a lasting spiritual impact. Looking ahead to 2025, ILM is preparing to expand its reach even further, with a vision to bring the Gospel to over 20 nations where it has never been heard before. Through faith, dedication, and strategic outreach, ILM continues to transform lives and spread God’s love across the world.
The International Pastors & Leaders Conference Network is a distinctive leadership gathering designed for ministers from developing nations. It provides them with the opportunity to travel, gain insights from esteemed biblical scholars and pastors, and connect with global leaders. Both the IPLC Network and National IPLC serve as impactful platforms for inspiration and empowerment. They help ministers expand their networks, deepen their biblical understanding, enhance leadership abilities, and drive positive change in their communities. So far, the IPLC Network has been held in Egypt (2021), Dubai (2022), Malaysia (2023), and Bangkok (2024). Additionally, National IPLC events have taken place in South Sudan, Nepal, Pakistan, and India.
The core vision of International Logos Ministries (ILM) is to uplift the Christian community, support persecuted groups, and serve people worldwide. ILM actively runs various programs, including Feed the Hungry, Self-Earning Guidance, and Micro Business Management Lessons, to empower communities. Also ILM is building a community center in Pakistan for prospected Christians of Pakistan These initiatives have been implemented across Nepal, Pakistan, India, the European Union, and Bangladesh. Through these efforts, ILM aims to bring hope, stability, and sustainable growth to those in need.
One of ILM’s key initiatives is constructing physical church buildings in the countries it reaches. Currently, ILM is building two churches in Pakistan, with a combined capacity of 1,500 believers, and one church in Nepal, which can accommodate 300 believers. ILM is actively praying for generous supporters to help fulfill this mission. These churches will serve as pillars of faith and community for believers in these regions, fostering spiritual growth and unity.
